The origin of Artic Blue collagen

Pure marine collagen is made from wild cod and is hydrolysed into small collagen peptides. These have a molecular weight of only 3 kDA (kilodaltons), so they are optimally absorbed and used by the body. In addition, marine collagen is absorbed by the body up to 1.5 times more efficiently than collagen from mammals. Collagen peptides are extracted by gentle enzymatic hydrolysis. Thanks to its 100% natural origin and the absolute purity of the raw material, Arctic Blue® collagen has a very mild taste and can be easily mixed in any beverage. Arctic Blue® pure marine collagen is made from codskin from cod living wild in the Norwegian and Barents Sea (Seagarden Norway). These remote northern sea areas are far from the main shipping lanes, keeping them clean and full of nutrients. In addition, every winter the cod travel between the Barents Sea, where they grow up, and the Norwegian Sea, where they breed. They are thus on the move and gain firm, pure muscle mass with perfect structure and quality. Arctic Blue® collagen does not come from cod living in artificial tanks.
