"Customers are not only able to use their subsidies to buy new phones, they can buy anything they like from a range of over 60,000 products available online at Alza.cz, Hračky.CZ and Kleopatra.cz." says Sarka Jakoubková of Alza.cz. "The special offer applies to existing customers, new customers and customers who transfer their phone numbers from another operator to Vodafone." says Sarka Jakoubková.
Customers have really taken to the event, with the number of subsidy purchases reaching 2 million to date. Due to the huge interest created by the special offer, there are plans to add a further 5 million Kč subsidy in the coming weeks. Subsidies are granted to customers when they sign the contract for the appropriate tariff or data plan. A subsidy code is then delivered to the customer via SMS, with the amount granted depending on which plan was selected.
Subsidies can also be obtained at Vodafone stores, where the candidate must notify the vendor that they want a new tariff or to change their existing tariff to be eligible. It is also possible to do this over the phone in the same way. Every customer who takes advantage of the offer can acquire a maximum of 2 subsidized tariffs. There are even specific mobile data plans for your laptops and tablets. This subsidy can also be combined with other discounts, such as a gift vouchers or student discounts.
