The power delivery system uses a 6+1+1 phase configuration with integrated Dr.MOS circuits for VCore. These components optimise voltage for the processor and exhibit better thermal efficiency than traditional MOSFETs. The motherboard is built on a 6-layer PCB, which contributes to lower temperatures and stable signal transmission. This design provides greater energy efficiency, which is particularly noticeable when overclocking DDR5 RAM with XMP or AMD EXPO profiles.
Fast storage
The board features two slots for M.2 NVMe SSDs with a Toolless SSD Installation function for tool-free assembly. The first Blazing M.2 slot supports the PCIe 5.0 x4 interface with a transfer speed of up to 128Gb/s. The second Hyper M.2 slot works with the PCIe 4.0 x4 interface at speeds of up to 64Gb/s. For traditional hard drives, the board offers four Serial ATA III connectors with a speed of 6Gb/s and support for RAID 0, 1, and 10 disk arrays.
Advanced wireless connectivity options
Wireless connectivity is handled by a Wi-Fi 6E module, which also operates in the 6GHz band. This solution delivers higher network capacity and lower latency. The integrated Bluetooth 5.3 interface provides easy connection for wireless peripherals and accessories without the need for cables. A wired network connection is provided by a Dragon network card with a speed of 2.5Gb/s.
Design features of a modern motherboard
The main PCIe 5.0 x16 slot is steel-reinforced, increasing stability and mechanical resistance when installing heavy graphics cards. An aluminium heatsink ensures effective heat dissipation from the power delivery components. The cooling system is complemented by 4-pin connectors for fans and a water pump, for which the board automatically detects PWM or DC control mode. The board includes an integrated rear I/O shield for easier installation into a PC case. The Post Status Checker diagnostic system uses LEDs to instantly show the status of the CPU, memory, graphics card, and boot drive during startup.
