SuperMag B6 chelate contains the natural complex magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium bisglycinate is a highly absorbable form of magnesium composed of a magnesium cation and two anions of the amino acid glycine. This creates a neutral complex (chelate) that is easily absorbed and gradually releases magnesium in the body. It is the only form of magnesium that has demonstrated safety and significant effectiveness in pregnant women in relation to leg cramps during pregnancy, which affect up to 45% of pregnant women. Unlike common forms of magnesium, whether inorganic (oxide, carbonate, sulphate, chloride) or organic (citrate, lactate, gluconate, etc.), it has a number of advantages in terms of safety and effectiveness.
Plant-based capsules
Magnesium supplementation during pregnancy and breastfeeding is very suitable and desirable due to the increased demands of the body for magnesium intake for both mother and child. For safety reasons during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the product does not contain superfluous substances such as colourings, including the controversial titanium dioxide. Recommended dosage
