Cooling and airflow
The open grille serves for air intake. The integrated dual 160mm front fans efficiently supply graphics cards and CPU coolers with airflow of up to 3.9 m³/min. The outer ring connecting the blades of these fans helps to reduce initial vibrations. The front fans and the 120mm rear fan with PWM control provide optimal airflow, low noise, minimal vibration, and high reliability.
Connectivity and control
Connectivity options are easily accessible via the front I/O panel, including a two-part PWM controller, a 20 Gb/s USB Type-C port, two USB-A 3.0 ports, HD audio, and a power and reset button lock. Thanks to the integrated PWM controller, the fan speed adjusts automatically, making it easy to switch between normal, work, and intensive modes. The PA401 case includes one 20 Gb/s USB Type-C port and a lock that prevents the user from accidentally pressing the power and reset buttons.
Installation and functionality
The ProArt PA401 case optimises PC building and offers enhanced functionality with user-focused features. The left side panel can be secured with a physical latch, which helps prevent intrusion. The PWM fan hub controls the system fans, and the tool-free installation of a 3.5" hard drive allows for flexibility. The rear bracket detaches from the case to allow the power supply to be slid in, making installation easier. Rear cable ties help to ensure neat cable management.
