The Asustor Lockerstor 10 Pro AS7110T NAS server acts as a centralised network storage for securely storing, managing and backing up company data in a corporate environment. This Tower device accommodates up to ten hard drives or SSDs and uses the ADM operating system for stable network service operation. The 3.4GHz quad-core processor provides sufficient computing power to run demanding virtualisation environments, databases and Docker container applications in a corporate infrastructure. The device can be used as a surveillance centre by purchasing the appropriate expansion licences.

Server RAM with ECC protection
The device includes 8GB of DDR4 ECC SO-DIMM RAM, which can be expanded up to 64GB if required using two slots for 32GB modules. The ECC server memory actively finds and corrects random data errors, preventing file corruption and unexpected system crashes under heavy load, which contributes to continuous 24/7 operation.
Network connection
Fast network connectivity is provided by one 10GbE port supplemented by three 2.5GbE ports, which transfer large data packets with Wake-on-LAN support. The combination of high-speed network interfaces supports the Link Aggregation protocol to increase overall throughput or provides a backup connection in the event of a line failure, complemented by two rear USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports with a transfer speed of 10Gb/s.
Slots for M.2 NVMe SSD cache
The design includes two integrated M.2 NVMe drive slots, which are used to set up a fast SSD cache to accelerate disk operations. Installing SSDs in the internal bays using practical tool-free screws significantly speeds up both read and write speeds for frequently used files to over 1100MB/s without having to occupy the standard 3.5" SATA hard drive bays.
Backup and ransomware protection
The storage supports the Btrfs file system, which creates up to 256 system snapshots in Snapshot Center, making it easy to recover data in the event of an attack. The integrated ADM Defender security system with firewall, ClamAV antivirus and automatic IP address blocking protects stored files from unauthorised access, while AES-256 encryption protects sensitive data on MyArchive volumes.
Virtualisation support
The network storage offers full compatibility with VMware, Citrix and Hyper-V virtualisation platforms, which simplifies integration into existing IT structures in businesses. Support for iSCSI and NFS protocols allows this device to be used as reliable shared storage for virtual machines, while the VirtualBox tool lets you run different operating systems directly in the environment of this network storage.
