Network connection
The device offers two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, which replace the older gigabit standards. When using the SMB Multichannel function, sequential read speeds reach up to 563MB/s and write speeds up to 561MB/s. USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface

Data backup and protection
The Linux-based ADM operating system provides robust data protection against ransomware attacks and information loss. The Snapshot Center tool supports the creation of up to 256 snapshots of Btrfs volumes at five-minute intervals for quick data recovery. Synchronisation with cloud services is handled by the DataSync Center and Cloud Backup Center apps to create a hybrid backup scheme.
Surveillance centre with camera licences
The device also serves as a professional camera system for building security. It comes with four free licences for IP cameras and supports ONVIF Profile S and RTSP protocols. The user interface enables easy recording setup, and the surveillance system can be expanded to up to 44 channels if needed.
