Collagen is a protein that is the basic building block of connective tissues (e.g. cartilage, bones, tendons or ligaments). It is a source of specific amino acids found in connective tissues. In addition, the formula is enriched with vitamin C, which contributes to the normal formation of collagen for normal bone and cartilage function. The use of joint nutrition is particularly suitable for increased physical exertion or frequent sports training. It is a dietary supplement.

Dosage

Take 4 capsules with a meal with plenty of water.
