Magnesium malate combines magnesium with malic acid (malate)which occurs naturally in many fruits. This complex is a very popular form of magnesium, which is characterized by high bioavailability.

Active ingredients

Magnesium (Mg): An essential mineral necessary for more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, including ATP synthesis, muscle and nerve function, and maintenance of bone health.
Malic acid (malate): An organic acid involved in the Krebs cycle, a key process for energy production in cells. The combination of these two substances provides a synergistic effect that supports energy metabolism and improves magnesium absorption.

Recommended dosage

Divide 4 capsules into two doses in the morning and before training or exercise or you can take the entire dose with water in the morning on an empty stomach or before exercise.
