It contains hop cone extract, ginkgo biloba, St. John's wort and other natural substances and vitamins: vitamin B1 has a beneficial effect on the nervous system and vitamins B6 and C contribute to normal psychological function. Hop cone extract has a calming effect and promotes quality sleep. Ginkgo biloba has a beneficial effect on mental functions and supports microcirculation of the blood system. Valerian root extract contributes to healthy sleep, mental well-being and relaxation.

Recommended Dosage
The recommended dose is 1 capsule 2× a day after a meal, with water.
