The GÜDE UNI-MIG 270 AS-PRO SYN inverter welder is designed for arc welding steel, cast iron and ferrous metals using MMA, FCAW, MIG/MAG and WIG methods. The device allows for precise welding with coated electrodes, a flux-cored (wire) electrode, welding wires in a protective atmosphere (0.8–1.2 mm) or tungsten electrodes (with additional accessories). The welding current can be regulated in the range of 30–270A, and the current power level is shown on a clear display. The welder has a powder-coated sheet steel housing and is equipped with a professional wire feeder roller (for spools up to 15kg). It also has an A-SYNERGIC function, which automatically coordinates the wire feed speed with the selected welding voltage. Thanks to its high performance and easy switching between welding methods, the UNI-MIG 270 AS-PRO SYN welder is versatile, whether you are welding larger steel structures or light metals such as nickel or cast iron. A chassis with wheels and two top handles make it easy to handle the machine.

The UNI-MIG 270 AS-PRO SYN allows for various welding methods
For MIG/MAG welding, the GÜDE welder uses a welding wire (0.8–1.2 mm) wound on a spool (up to 15 kg) inside the machine. When gas welding, the weld is protected by inert gases for MIG welding, or active gases for MAG welding. You can also use manual MMA arc welding, which uses coated electrodes with a diameter of 1–5 mm, or the FCAW welding method, which uses a hollow wire with a diameter of 0.9 mm filled with flux. The FCAW method does not require gas cylinders, ensures fast work progress and is also suitable for beginners. The welder also allows arc welding in a protective gas atmosphere using a non-consumable tungsten electrode (WIG method). The TIG welding kit must be purchased separately.
The welder has Hot Start and Arc-Force functions
Thanks to the adjustable current (30–270A), the UNI-MIG 270 AS-PRO SYN can efficiently weld various types of ferrous metals, such as steel, cast iron or nickel. When using the MMA welding method, you can also weld comfortably outdoors and in strong winds. You will achieve optimal results in MMA welding thanks to the Hot Start (facilitates arc ignition by temporarily increasing the ignition current) and Arc-Force (helps to stabilise the burning electric arc during welding) functions. There is also Lift WIG technology, which ensures gentle TIG welding without the risk of damaging the tungsten electrode. If the welding electrode sticks to the material being welded, the ANTI STICK function allows it to be released easily and quickly.

The GÜDE UNI-MIG 270 AS-PRO SYN welder uses reliable IGBT transistors, which ensure stable performance with high energy efficiency of up to 89%. There is also an integrated microprocessor unit and a clear digital display that allows for precise setting of the unit's mode and power according to the difficulty of the work being performed. Thanks to the VRD function, you can also use the welder in environments with high humidity or in confined spaces. There is also a professional four-roller wire feeder with an A-SYNERGIC function, which automatically regulates the wire feed speed according to the selected welding voltage.
