Thule Wingbar Black VOLVO V40 5-dr Hatchback 12-19 under the door trim

The Thule Wingbar Black roof bars are designed for mounting on Volvo V40 cars (5-door hatchback, 2012–2019 models) with a clamp-under-the-door-frame fitting. The aerodynamic wing-shaped profile of the bars minimises noise and reduces air resistance while driving. The aluminium crossbars have a load capacity of up to 75kg and feature a T-track, which makes it easy to install other accessories such as bike racks or roof boxes. The package also includes a lock to secure the bars against theft.

Aerodynamic design and secure mounting

The profile of the Thule Wingbar bars is inspired by an aircraft wing, which significantly reduces noise and vibration while driving compared to classic square bars. The integrated T-track with QuickAccess interface enables fast and convenient mounting and removal of accessories such as roof boxes or bike racks. The one-key locking system securely attaches the bars to the vehicle and protects them from theft. Mounting is done under the door frame and does not require any modifications to the car's bodywork.
