Avide LED strip 12 W/m daylight 5m

The 5-metre AVIDE LED strip offers neutral white lighting with a colour temperature of 4000K, making it ideal for illuminating work surfaces or shelves. It delivers a total luminous flux of 6000lm with a power consumption of 12W per metre. Installation is simple, thanks to its self-adhesive backing. The strip is designed for indoor use with an IP20 rating and requires a 12V adapter for power. The LED chips have a lifespan of up to 25000 hours.

Usage and installation options

Thanks to its self-adhesive backing, installing the LED strip is easy. Simply remove the protective film and stick the strip to a clean, dry surface. With a length of five metres and neutral white light, it is suitable for lighting kitchen worktops or backlighting shelves. The IP20 rating means the strip is intended exclusively for use in dry indoor spaces.

Technical properties and recommendations

For effective cooling and to extend its lifespan, installation in aluminium profiles is recommended. These profiles dissipate the heat the strip produces when lit and also diffuse the light more evenly. The strip is fitted with a total of 300 LED chips and requires a stabilised 12V power supply to operate, which is not included in the package. The components used meet the demands of the German market.
