Avide LED strip 18 W/m daylight 5m

The AVIDE 5m LED strip is designed for indoor lighting, for example, under kitchen units or on shelves. It provides neutral white light with a colour temperature of 4000K and a total luminous flux of 9000lm. The total power consumption of the strip is 90W and it requires a 12V power supply to operate. For mounting on smooth surfaces, it is equipped with a self-adhesive backing.

Natural lighting for interiors

The strip shines with a neutral white colour at a temperature of 4000K, which resembles daylight and doesn't distort colour perception. Faithful colour reproduction is supported by a colour rendering index (CRI) of 80 Ra. This light is suitable for both work and living areas where good visibility is important, such as under a kitchen unit to illuminate the worktop, or in shelves and display cabinets. The 9000lm luminous flux is evenly distributed among 450 LEDs over the five-metre length.

Installation and operating features

The strip is mounted using the self-adhesive layer on its back. The manufacturer recommends installation in aluminium profiles, which help to dissipate heat and distribute the light more evenly. The IP20 rating means that the strip is protected against the ingress of solid particles, but it is not waterproof. It is therefore intended exclusively for dry indoor spaces. The light sources have a lifespan of 25000 hours.
