A cost-effective camera set that includes the DVR AVTECH DGD1009AV recording device and 8× HDCCTV 5MPX dome cameras AVTECH DGC5205TSE. The AVTECH DGD1009AV recording device uses the modern H.265 compression format, saving disk space for longer recordings. It uses a SATA disk of up to 14TB for recording (must be purchased separately). The 5MP HDCCTV dome camera AVTECH DGC5205TSE boasts IR illumination with a range of up to 50 metres and a video resolution of 2560 × 1920 pixels. It also impresses with its modern design, which makes it suitable for any environment. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (IP66 rated).

Customisable Event Scenarios
You can choose from a range of templates for different scenarios with actions that occur when a specified event happens. You can get instant videos and alarm event notifications when a supporting alarm device is connected to the camera. Pressing the status button sends instant notifications of system events, such as video loss or data deletion on the hard drive. All events are listed on the event panel with corresponding icons. The current one flashes to get your attention. When you tap on an event, you can view the footage with pre-alarm images.
Setup with Cloud EaZy Networking
Cloud EaZy Networking allows you to connect your recording device to the internet in three simple steps using the EagleEyes app (for Android and iOS). With this app, you can easily manage the recording device whenever you need to. There is also a Buddy feature to share device access permissions with other people. EaZy Networking technology will also send you a notification when your device is behaving abnormally, such as when the internet connection is lost. When it is restored, it will send you a message to let you know the device is connected again.
High-Resolution Camera System
The cameras capture images via a 1/2.5" CMOS sensor with a resolution of 2560 × 1920 pixels at 20 frames per second. The f3.6mm varifocal lens with an F1.8 aperture provides a horizontal viewing angle of 96°, a vertical viewing angle of 50°, and a screen size angle of 116°. Users get a detailed overview of the monitored area. The device records video with high sharpness and precise detail throughout the day and night. Digital zoom helps to zoom in on selected details in the shot.
Hybrid Night Vision
The cameras use two lighting units for reliable monitoring in zero light. The infrared afterglow is 50 metres in complete darkness. The system itself activates the infrared LEDs when the ambient light drops below 0.1 Lux. Integrated technologies adjust the brightness and contrast of the captured scene for a clear image. Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and adjustable Backlight Compensation (BLC) help maintain image legibility even in challenging lighting conditions.
Durable Construction
The dome cameras have a body protected against dust and water according to the IP66 standard. The construction meets the requirements for mechanical resistance in the IK10 class to protect the device from impacts. The device operates reliably in a temperature range of -20°C to 40°C at up to 90% humidity. The cameras are resistant to adverse weather conditions and vandalism in outdoor environments. The weight of one camera is 320g to facilitate its firm installation on a ceiling or wall.
Motion Detection and Alerts
The central unit analyses the image in a 16 × 12 grid of zones for each channel. The user sets three different sensitivity parameters for an accurate evaluation of changes in the guarded area. When motion is detected, the system sends a notification to an email address or FTP server, or uses the Push Video and Push Status functions. Audio recording supplements the video with a soundtrack from the monitored location. Up to four audio inputs and one mono audio output can be connected to the recorder.
Recorder and Data Storage
The recorder supports the connection of up to 9 channels for IP and analogue cameras in various modes. A single SATA hard drive with a capacity of up to 14TB is used for storing video recordings. An external drive can also be connected to the recorder via the eSATA interface. The H.265 compression standard reduces the demands on the hard drive capacity while maintaining recording quality. The central unit, with dimensions of 5.5 × 29 × 23cm, operates on a 12V power supply at 2A.
Remote Management and Monitoring
The EagleEyes application is used to watch live streaming on mobile phones with Android and iOS systems. For access from a computer, the CMS Lite program or standard web browsers on a Windows system are used. Users can remotely play back stored recordings or change system settings. The Ethernet connection provides stable, real-time data transfer without dropouts. The system supports access for up to 20 online users simultaneously.
