How to Make Delicious Coffee

You are going to need your dripper, a cup and a filter. Place finely ground coffee in the filter. You need 7g of coffee for every 100ml of water. Bring the water to boil and then let it rest for 3 or 4 minutes. Gently pour a small amount of water on the filter in a circular motion. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. After 15 seconds, pour the remaining water over the coffee using a spiral-like back and forth motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Keep in mind that the pouring speed affects how strong your coffee will be. The faster you pour, the stronger the coffee.
