The High-bounce EVA material also moulds to your pressure zones over time, giving you support that's tailored specifically to your feet. Maintenance is minimal – simply hand wash the insoles in lukewarm, soapy water and let them air dry. Replacing them every 6 to 12 months will ensure your stability on the course is always at its best.
Choose the right size
For maximum insole performance, remove the original insoles from your shoes. Use the new insoles as a template, place the original ones on top, and if necessary, carefully trim the toe area with scissors. This will ensure a perfect fit without the material wrinkling. If you are new to using insoles, we recommend gradually introducing them into your training to allow your muscles and tendons to get used to the new load patterns and more stable arch support.
