This surface is also 100% free from PFAS, PFOA, and other fluorinated substances, making it a safe and healthy choice for daily cooking. The thick induction base ensures rapid heating, optimal heat retention, and even distribution across the entire surface of the pan. This results in more efficient energy use and faster cooking times. The pan is compatible with all hob types, including induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs.
