- SteamGloss function – adds steam for brilliantly polished glasses without a dull film

HygieneIntense: steam for maximum hygiene
You can easily add the HygieneIntense function to selected programmes whenever you want to not only wash your dishes but also give them a truly hygienic treatment. During the cycle, a phase with intense steam is added, followed by a very hot water rinse, which penetrates all the crevices of the dishes and helps to remove up to 99.99% of bacteria. This is especially ideal for baby bottles, dummies or plastic containers, which you can clean thoroughly without having to use a lot of harsh detergents and without the typical 'chemical' smell.
SteamGloss: for glasses that truly shine
The additional SteamGloss function is useful whenever you want perfectly polished glasses and delicate crockery – for example, when serving wine or for a formal dinner. At the end of the wash cycle, the BEKO BDFN26530X dishwasher increases the temperature to approximately 60°C and adds a fine steam, which enhances the effect of the rinse aid. This prevents the dull grey film that often forms on glass after repeated washing, leaving glasses clear, shiny and ready to go straight on the table, with no need for further polishing with a tea towel.
SelfDry: automatic opening for quickly dried dishes
After the wash cycle is complete, the BEKO BDFN26530X dishwasher opens itself thanks to the SelfDry function, letting fresh air into the interior. This allows the dishes to dry more naturally, quickly and without any extra energy consumption. At the same time, no moisture is trapped inside, so you don't have to worry about a musty smell, even if the programme finishes when you're not at home and you unload the dishwasher later. The function is part of most programmes, so dry plates and glasses are taken care of automatically, without you having to do a thing.
Cutlery tray: neatly organised cutlery and a free bottom basket
The upper cutlery tray replaces the classic basket in the lower rack, allowing you to lay out your cutlery and small items neatly side by side. Each item has its own space, so they don't overlap during the wash and water can get into every crevice. The tray has its own spray arm, so the cutlery is washed really well. This also frees up space in the lower basket, which can then accommodate larger pots, baking trays or bulky bowls.
Quick & Shine: a full programme in 58 minutes
When you need your dishes clean as quickly as possible, just select the Quick & Shine programme. The BEKO BDFN26530X dishwasher can wash and dry a full load in approximately 58 minutes, without you having to compromise between speed and results. The programme uses an optimised water temperature and effective drying, so your plates, cutlery and glasses are ready to use again in less than an hour – perfect for in between courses or during large family gatherings.
Folding dish supports: more space for pots and pans
In the lower basket, you will find folding supports that are normally used for plates. But whenever you need to wash larger pots, pans or bulky baking dishes, simply fold the supports down in one movement to create a flat surface. This allows you to easily adapt the interior of the BEKO BDFN26530X dishwasher to the type of dishes you are currently washing and make the most of every centimetre of capacity.
SelFit: a door that stays exactly where you need it
Thanks to SelFit technology, the door of the BEKO BDFN26530X dishwasher stays in any position you choose, without closing or falling on its own. This gives you full control when loading or unloading – you can set the door to a comfortable position and it will hold steady. You'll appreciate this especially in smaller kitchens or where there's less room to move around, as you can move freely and handle your dishes safely.
