Bepanthen Plus cream 30 g
Bepanthen Plus is a healing cream suitable for the treatment of minor superficial skin injuries. It disinfects and heals various types of wounds at risk of infection, like abrasions, incision wounds, abrasions, blisters, light burns and more. Suitable after epilation and hair removal. It is also used in consultation with a doctor to treat chronic conditions such as tibial ulcers and bedsores, to treat skin infections and after minor surgical procedures. It promotes wound healing and is quickly absorbed.
Bepanthen Plus contains two medicinal substances. Dexpanthenol promotes skin formation and regeneration. The antiseptic substance chlorhexidine prevents the spread of microbes on the surface of wounds. This prevents the development and spread of infection in the wound. Bepanthen Plus spreads easily. Bepanthen Plus should not be used for skin injuries or irritations that do not show a risk of infection (for example, sunburn). In these cases, preparations containing dexpanthenol alone are recommended, e.g. Bepanthen Cream. Registered medicinal product for external use. Package contains 30 g.
Dosage and method of use
Apply a thin layer of Bepanthen Plus cream several times a day (1-5 times), as needed, on the cleaned wound or inflamed skin area. The wound can be protected with a plaster or bandage as needed. Application of the product to large areas of skin should be avoided. Always use this medicine exactly as directed in the package insert or by your doctor or pharmacist.
Contraindications
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days (no reduction of the ulcer or healing of the wound) or worsen (swelling and redness of the wound edges, increased pain, fever), a doctor should be consulted. Severe, deep or very dirty injuries must be treated by a doctor. Do not use Bepanthen Plus for more than 14 days without consulting your doctor. If you have any concerns or any other questions, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Only and small areas, when used in the nipple area, the product must be washed off before breastfeeding.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the label and on box for Use by. The period of validity shall be the last day of that of the month. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
