BergHOFF Stainless-steel Poultry Shears ESSENTIALS

The massive BergHOFF poultry shears from the ESSENTIALS collection have a specially shaped reinforced stainless steel blade type X20Cr13. They are equipped with an ergonomic handle in black, which allows a firm grip and a secure hold. The special small teeth on the blade are used for cutting medium-sized bones and slicing frozen poultry meat and fish. The deep cut at the back of the blade enables the largest poultry bones to be cut. The BergHOFF scissors are also equipped with a safety lock against spontaneous opening during storage.
