BerlingerHaus Titanium-coated grill pan with lid, 28 cm, Leonardo Collection

The BerlingerHaus BH-8037 aluminium grill pan has a 28cm diameter and a 2.1-litre capacity. Its three-layer TitanPro non-stick surface allows you to cook with minimal fat. The forged aluminium body helps to distribute heat quickly and evenly across the entire surface. The sandwich base is compatible with all hob types, and it also includes a tempered glass lid with a steam vent.

Durable surface and efficient heat distribution

The three-layer titanium surface resists scratching and lets you prepare food with a minimal amount of oil. The forged aluminium body ensures fast and even heating, which means food is less likely to burn. This makes cooking more energy-efficient. To preserve the properties of the non-stick surface, it's recommended to use wooden or silicone utensils.

For all hob types and easy handling

The sandwich base uses energy efficiently and is compatible with all types of hobs. The ergonomically shaped handle with a soft-touch finish does not overheat when cooking on the hob. Once cool, the pan can be washed in the dishwasher.

Cooking control and baking option

It includes a tempered glass lid with a silicone seal around the rim. The vent for excess steam regulates the pressure inside. The pan can also be used for baking in the oven. With the lid on, it can withstand temperatures up to 180°C; without it, it can be used up to 220°C.
