The original multi-strain dietary supplement Bio-Kult contains 14 strains of live cultures and is intended for daily use. The individual strains are specially treated with so-called. microencapsulation, thus ensuring their stability and extreme resistance to stomach acids. 2 billion live microorganisms (2×109 CFU/capsule, CFU=Colony Forming Units, i.e. colony forming units), which is the equivalent of 10 billion live microorganisms per 1 gram (1×1010 CFU/gram). This quantity is guaranteed even at the end of the expiry date.
Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules once or twice a day, preferably with food. If you take 2 or more capsules, you can divide the dose so that you take the capsules for example. with breakfast and lunch or dinner. The capsules can be split in half and the contents poured into food or mixed in a drink. Afterif you are taking antibiotics, then take 4 capsules a day, ideally in between taking antibiotics. Continue taking it for at least 2 weeks after you have finished antibiotic treatment. For travelers: 2 weeks prior to travel according to the above dosage. During the trip 4 capsules per day. Continue taking it for at least 2 weeks after you return from your trip. Children under 12 years of age: half the adult dose.
