500 mg of live probiotic yeast per 2 capsules, i.e. 5 billion probiotic bacteria (5 × 109 CFU/2 capsules), equivalent to 6.2 billion probiotic bacteria per gram (6.2 × 109 CFU/g). Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules once a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Pregnant women:
Bio-Cult S. Boulardi is suitable for pregnant women, however, as with other dietary supplements, we recommend consulting a doctor first.
For travelers:
Take 1-2 capsules daily one week before travel and 4 capsules daily during travel. Continue taking 1-2 capsules daily for at least a week after returning from your trip.
