Bioalis goat colostrum is a rich source of active substances. You can take colostrum long-term or as a supplement during physical exertion, as part of convalescence, and when your immunity is weakened. Each capsule contains 260mg of 100% goat colostrum, whose basic components include proteins, fats, lactose, immune factors and immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA and IgM). It also naturally has a high content of lactoferrin, cytokines, PRPs, as well as amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Take the capsules in the morning on an empty stomach or during the day before a meal. Wash down with a lukewarm drink. Hot liquid destroys the active substances. For better palatability, you can empty the capsules' contents. The supplement can be taken long-term.
