Biomin Vitamin K2 - 120 µg is a dietary supplement containing vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 is contained in the form of MK7-menaquinone of natural origin. MK7-menaquinone has better bioavailability and stays in the blood longer than other forms of vitamin K.
Why is vitamin K2 important?
Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble vitamin. Obtaining it from the diet is problematic; only certain types of fermentative bacteria produce it. It is therefore advisable to supplement K2 in the form of dietary supplements. Bone loss - thinning bones lead to frequent, dangerous fractures, especially of the forearm, vertebrae or femoral neck.
