Vitamin K2 (MK7-menacinone form) contributes to the maintenance of normal bone health, mineralization, bone protein synthesis and prevents calcium deposition in blood vessels. MK7-Menaquinone has better bioavailability and stays in the blood longer than other forms of vitamin K.
