Spirulina helps with weight management and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Chlorella contributes to the normal function of the intestinal tract and microbial balance. Green barley helps to revitalise the whole body. Young wheat also helps with weight management.

Recommended Dosage
Take 1–2 teaspoons of the mixture (3–6g) 1–2× a day. Start with 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach, gradually increasing to 2 teaspoons of Supergreens Yuzu ORGANIC 90g. Mix each dose with 200ml of water, juice, or a smoothie. Drink fresh, preferably immediately and without letting it stand. We do not recommend mixing it with hot water – this may damage the valuable substances contained in the product.
