Sterile BLEPHACLEAN® wipes for daily hygiene of sensitive skin, eyelids and eyes. Thanks to their composition, they gently remove dust, impurities, pollen, make-up and dried secretions from the eyelids and their edges due to allergies, inflammation or infection of the eyelids such as blepharitis, Meibomian gland dysfunction, barley grain or wolf grain. BLEPHACLEAN® wipes are suitable for adults and children from 3 months.

- If you have sensitive skin, eyelids or eyes.
- When you need to remove dust, pollen and secretions from your eyelids. This cleansing can be part of your eye care routine if you have an allergy or infection in your eyes.
- If you have eyelid inflammation or infection such as blepharitis, Meibomian gland dysfunction, barley or lupus. These conditions can cause dry eye symptoms such as itching, burning, pain and/or redness of the eyes.
- BLEPHACLEAN® is well tolerated and recommended BEFORE and AFTER ophthalmic procedures.
Effective treatment in case of eyelid inflammation or infection
Daily cleaning of the eyelids is recommended by ophthalmologists in case of inflammation and infection of the eyelids, such as blepharitis, Meibomian gland dysfunction, barley grain (Hordeolum), wolf grain (Chalazion). Eyelid cleansing can also be part of the treatment for dry eye symptoms. Up to 86% of patients with dry eye syndrome have symptoms of Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD)¹. Dry eye syndrome can have a direct impact on quality of life and can limit daily activities such as driving, reading or working at a computer. Discomfort caused by dry eyes can be improved by regular use of artificial tears and regular eyelid hygiene. BLEPHACLEAN® provides a daily solution for eyelid cleansing, especially for those with sensitive eyes, eyelids and skin, with preservative, fragrance and paraben-free disposable wipes. Thanks to its formula containing micellar water, BLEPHACLEAN® gently removes dust, dirt, pollen, make-up and dried secretions from the eyelids and their edges. 20 individually wrapped sterile wipes are always ready for immediate use, no need to rinse them afterwards.

How to use BLEPHACLEAN® wipes
For daily eyelid cleansing, use BLEPHACLEAN® wipes twice daily in the morning and evening for 3 weeks. If you wear contact lenses, you must remove them before using BLEPHACLEAN®. - Open the bag
- Wrap the napkin around the top of the index finger
- Clean the eyelids and eyelashes: keep the eyes closed and massage the eyelids with gentle circular movements to remove any crusts, secretions or make-up
- Clean the rim of the cap: with the other hand, gently pull down the lower eyelid and then rub along the edge of the lower eyelid with a finger wrapped in a tissue
- Repeat the same procedure on the other eye using a new wipe
- No need to rinse the skin after using BLEPHACLEAN® wipes

Suitable for adults, children and infants from 3 months.
Contraindications and warnings
Do not use BLEPHACLEAN® if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Since there is insufficient data, do not use BLEPHACLEAN® if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised to do so by your physician. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Avoid getting BLEPHACLEAN® directly into the eyes, as a burning sensation may occur. If this happens, flush them with clean water or saline. Do not use after the expiry date clearly marked on the bag and outer box. BLEPHACLEAN® is a medical device. Read the package insert carefully before use. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for proper use.
