Why take Blokurima 2 g D-mannose?
D-mannose is a simple sugar, very similar to glucose. In nature, it can be found in apples and pears, among others. It is a white, tasteless and odourless powder that dissolves promptly when poured into water. Unlike other sugars, it is not metabolized after absorption into the body - it is almost entirely excreted unchanged by the kidneys into the urine as waste. Therefore, its use is completely safe for diabetics, celiacs and pregnant women.
Recommended dosage
Acute mode:
On the first day, take 3 sachets evenly during the day and 1 sachet before bedtime. 4 bags in total. On the second day, take 2 sachets evenly throughout the day and 1 sachet before bedtime. Total of 3 bags. On the third to fifth day, take 1 sachet daily at bedtime. From the sixth day onwards, we recommend switching to Blokurima URO+.
Long-term mode:
1 sachet before bedtime.

D-mannose 2g, Inulin 2g
