Active substance

Magnesium, a strong dose of 250 mg - contributes to normal energy metabolism, natural muscle function and maintaining normal bone condition, helps reduce fatigue and normal mental and nervous activity. Vitamin C - participates in the normal production of collagen, contributes to the natural function of the immune system (even during intense physical activity) and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamins B6 and B12 - support the normal functioning of the nervous system and the production of red blood cells, help the natural function of the immune system and reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
Folic acid (Acidum folicum) - also known as vitamin B9, helps in the process of cell division and differentiation, proper hematopoiesis and the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy.
