VarioDrawer:
a practical third level for cutlery and smaller kitchen utensils
Home Connect:
remote control and smart functions via the mobile app
Rackmatic:
easy height adjustment of the top basket for tall and bulky dishes
Proven hygienic performance:
a high level of hygiene on Eco 50°C, Intensive 70°C and the Machine Care programme
A wide selection of wash programmes
Eco 50°C
An economical programme for normally soiled mixed crockery and cutlery, which optimises water and energy consumption.
Auto 45-65°C
The automatic programme adapts the wash cycle to the current soil level of the dishes using sensors and adjusts the cycle parameters as needed.
Intensive 70°C
A programme designed for heavily soiled pots, pans, durable dishes and cutlery with dried-on or burnt-on food residues.
Hour 65°C
A faster programme for mixed crockery and cutlery with normal soiling. It handles washing, rinsing and drying in 60 minutes.
Quick 45°C
A time-saving programme particularly suitable for lightly soiled dishes, glasses, cutlery and more heat-sensitive materials.
Favourite
Lets you save a frequently used combination of a wash programme and an additional function, then easily start it with a single command.
More thorough drying with ExtraDry
If you want your dishes to be even drier at the end of a programme, activate the ExtraDry function. The BOSCH SMI2IVS67E Serie 2 dishwasher increases the temperature during the final rinse and extends the drying phase to improve the final result. Simply switch the function on by pressing the corresponding button.
More space with the VarioDrawer
The VarioDrawer cutlery drawer creates an additional level at the top of the dishwasher for cutlery and smaller kitchen utensils, such as ladles, whisks or espresso cups. It replaces the classic cutlery basket in the bottom rack, leaving more room for plates, pots and other dishes. This flexible arrangement helps you make efficient use of the available internal space.
Proven hygienic performance
The Eco 50°C programme achieves a level of hygiene certified by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology, and effectively eliminates viruses such as influenza and coronaviruses. An even higher level of hygiene can be achieved with the Intensive 70°C programme or the Machine Care maintenance cycle, which are also effective against more resistant enveloped and non-enveloped viruses.
Dosage assistant for efficient detergent use
The dosage assistant helps to use the washing tablet evenly and effectively. After being released from the dispenser, the tablet drops into a special collecting tray at the top of the basket, where it gradually dissolves. This allows the detergent to be distributed evenly throughout the cycle, contributing to clean dishes with no residue.
Smart Start chooses the right moment
Smart Start helps you manage your appliance's energy consumption more strategically. This feature automatically selects the dishwasher's start time based on one of two presets you can configure in the Home Connect app, which considers 2 parameters within the wash cycle: The availability and share of renewable energy (such as solar or wind) or lower energy costs when your electricity rates are at their lowest.*
*Cost savings require compatible high and low electricity tariff switching. Optimisation is performed either to maximise the share of renewable energy in the grid or to reduce costs. Feature availability may vary by country.
Additional programmes to download
You can expand your dishwasher's options with the Programme Download function. Via the Home Connect app, you can get additional wash programmes that better suit specific needs or dish types. This allows the BOSCH SMI2IVS67E Serie 2 to adapt to situations for which the basic set of programmes is not ideal.
ActiveWater uses water efficiently
We designed the ActiveWater system to wash dishes thoroughly while minimising resource consumption. Instead of just using more water, it uses it more efficiently. With targeted spraying, rapid circulation and advanced filtration, our dishwashers achieve hygienically clean and sparkling dishes. This efficient design enables us to achieve these results with less water and therefore less energy to heat it.
Quiet operation with SilentPowerDrive
Dishwashers with a SilentPowerDrive provide efficient washing at a low noise level. They are equipped with a brushless motor designed for energy-efficient operation. The motor helps reduce friction noise and contributes to the smooth, quiet running of the appliance.
10-year anti-rust warranty
The high-quality materials and workmanship of the interior allow us to offer a 10-year warranty against rusting through of the inner tub from the inside out. The dishwasher's construction is thus prepared for long-term daily use.
Automatic programmes adapt the wash to the dishes
You don't have to guess the ideal settings every time. Automatic programmes adjust the water temperature and rinsing process according to the amount of dishes and their level of soiling. The dishwasher uses just the right amount of water and the right settings for the current load.
An overview of your usage with Statistics
The Statistics function in the Home Connect app clearly shows you how you actually use your appliances. You'll see which programmes and settings you choose most often, as well as your total energy and water consumption over time. With a 12-month history, you can easily track how your choices affect your consumption month by month – giving you a clear picture of your daily habits.
Consumption forecast before starting a programme
Wondering how much energy and water a particular programme will use? The Consumption Forecast function in the Home Connect app shows you the estimated energy and water consumption and the expected duration for each selected combination of programme and optional function. This lets you calmly compare the options and choose the programme that best suits the current dishes in the dishwasher and your needs.
Automatic notifications sent straight to your phone
You don't have to keep checking if the dishwasher is finished. With automatic Home Connect notifications, you can receive information about the current programme status and other useful alerts on your mobile device. This way you can easily know what's happening with your dishwasher, even when you're out of the kitchen.
Remote diagnostics makes troubleshooting easier
If the appliance is not working correctly, Remote Diagnostics can help. After contacting customer service and with your permission, the dishwasher can be checked remotely to locate any problem and recommend a suitable solution. If a technician's visit is necessary, the service can better prepare the next steps thanks to the information obtained.
Control the dishwasher with your voice
Thanks to Home Connect, the BOSCH SMI2IVS67E Serie 2 can also be linked to a compatible Amazon Alexa device, and selected functions can be controlled by voice commands. The availability of the relevant Alexa skill depends on the country and language set.
Silence on demand quiets the dishwasher when you want
When you need a bit more peace and quiet at home, you can activate Silence on demand via the Home Connect app. The function reduces the dishwasher's noise to a minimum for up to 30 minutes, while the wash cycle continues. It's useful during a call, work, or a moment of relaxation.
Favourite setting with a single touch
The Favourite Programme function lets you save a combination of a frequently used programme and an additional function. For example, you can combine Eco 50°C with the ExtraDry function and then start the saved setting with a single touch directly on the control panel or via the Home Connect app.
Lifetime AquaStop guarantee against water damage
Every Bosch appliance undergoes precise checks according to strictly set standards for quality, performance and sustainability. All Bosch dishwashers have the AquaStop system and a lifetime guarantee against water damage, as well as a ten-year guarantee against the rusting through of the inner tub.
