A Wide Selection of Wash Programmes
Eco 50°C
An economical programme for normally soiled mixed dishes and cutlery, which optimises water and energy consumption.
Auto 45–65°C
The automatic programme adapts the wash cycle to the current soil level of the dishes using sensors and adjusts the cycle parameters as needed.
Intensive 70°C
A programme designed for heavily soiled pots, pans, durable dishes and cutlery with dried-on or burnt-on food residues.
Hour 65°C
A faster programme for mixed dishes and cutlery with normal soiling. It handles washing, rinsing and drying in 60 minutes.
Quick 45°C
A time-saving programme particularly suitable for lightly soiled dishes, glasses, cutlery and more heat-sensitive materials.
Favourite
Allows you to save a frequently used combination of a wash programme and an additional function and then easily start it with a single command.
More Thorough Drying with ExtraDry
If you want your dishes to be even drier at the end of a programme, activate the ExtraDry function. The dishwasher increases the temperature during the final rinse and extends the drying phase, which improves the final result. You can easily switch on the function by pressing the corresponding button.
More space with the VarioDrawer
The VarioDrawer cutlery drawer creates an additional level at the top of the dishwasher for cutlery and smaller kitchen utensils, such as ladles, whisks, or espresso cups. It replaces the classic cutlery basket in the bottom rack, leaving more room for plates, pots, and other dishes. In a 60cm dishwasher, this flexible arrangement helps to make efficient use of the available space.
Proven hygienic performance
The Eco 50°C programme achieves a level of hygiene verified by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology, effectively eliminating viruses such as influenza and coronaviruses. An even higher level of hygiene can be achieved with the Intensive 70°C programme or the Machine Care cycle, which are also effective against more resistant enveloped and non-enveloped viruses.
DosageAssist for efficient detergent use
DosageAssist helps to use the washing tablet evenly and effectively. After being released from the dispenser, the tablet drops into a special collection tray in the upper part of the basket, where it gradually dissolves. This allows the detergent to be dispersed evenly throughout the cycle and contributes to clean, residue-free dishes.
Smart Start chooses the right moment
Smart Start helps you manage your appliance's energy consumption more strategically. This function automatically selects the dishwasher's start time based on one of two presets you can set in the Home Connect app, taking into account 2 parameters within the wash cycle: The availability and share of renewable energy (such as solar or wind) or lower energy costs when your electricity rates are lowest.*
*Cost savings require compatible high and low electricity tariff switching. Optimisation is performed either to maximise the share of renewable energy on the grid or to reduce costs. The availability of features may vary from country to country.
Additional programmes to download
You can expand the dishwasher's range with the Programme Download function. Through the Home Connect app, you can get additional washing programmes that better suit your specific needs or type of dishes. The BOSCH SMS2IVW67E Serie 2 can thus adapt to situations for which the basic set of programmes is not ideal.
ActiveWater uses water efficiently
We designed the ActiveWater system to wash dishes really thoroughly while minimising the consumption of resources. Instead of just using more water, it uses it more efficiently. Thanks to targeted spraying, rapid circulation, and advanced filtration, our dishwashers achieve hygienically clean and shiny dishes. This efficient design allows us to achieve these results with less water, and therefore less energy to heat it.
Quiet operation with SilentPowerDrive
Dishwashers with a SilentPowerDrive provide efficient washing at a low noise level. They are equipped with a brushless motor designed for energy-efficient operation. The motor helps to reduce friction noise and contributes to the smooth and quiet running of the appliance.
10-year anti-rust warranty
The high-quality materials and workmanship of the interior allow us to offer a 10-year warranty against rusting of the interior from the inside out. The dishwasher's construction is thus prepared for long-term daily use.
Automatic programmes adapt the wash to the dishes
You don't have to guess the ideal setting every time. Automatic programmes adjust the water temperature and rinse cycle according to the amount of dishes and how dirty they are. This means the dishwasher uses just the right amount of water and the right settings for the current load.
Usage overview with Statistics
The Statistics feature in the Home Connect app gives you a clear overview of how you actually use your appliances. You can see which programmes and settings you choose most often, as well as your total energy and water consumption over time. Thanks to a 12-month history, you can easily track how your choices affect your consumption month by month—giving you a clear picture of your daily habits.
Consumption forecast before starting a programme
Wondering how much energy and water a given programme will use? The Consumption Forecast function in the Home Connect app shows you the estimated energy and water consumption, as well as the expected duration for each selected combination of programme and optional function. This allows you to easily compare options and choose the programme that best suits the current dishes in the dishwasher and your needs.
Automatic notifications straight to your phone
You don't have to keep checking if the dishwasher is finished. With Home Connect automatic notifications, you can receive information about the current programme status and other useful alerts on your mobile device. This makes it easy to know what's happening with the dishwasher, even when you're out of the kitchen.
Remote Diagnostics makes troubleshooting easier
If the appliance is not working properly, Remote Diagnostics can help. After contacting customer service and with your permission, the dishwasher can be checked remotely to locate any problem and recommend a suitable solution. If a technician's visit is necessary, the service can better prepare the next steps thanks to the information obtained.
Control your dishwasher with your voice
Thanks to Home Connect, the BOSCH SMS2IVW67E Serie 2 can also be connected to a compatible Amazon Alexa device, allowing you to control selected functions with voice commands. The availability of the corresponding Alexa skill depends on your country and language settings.
Silence on demand quiets the dishwasher whenever you want
When you need a bit more peace and quiet at home, you can activate Silence on demand via the Home Connect app. This function reduces the dishwasher's noise to a minimum for up to 30 minutes while the wash cycle continues. It's useful during a call, while working, or when you need a moment of rest.
Your favourite setting at a single touch
The Favourite Programme function allows you to save a combination of a frequently used programme and an additional function. For example, you can combine Eco 50°C with the ExtraDry function and then start this saved setting with a single touch directly on the control panel or via the Home Connect app.
Lifetime AquaStop guarantee against water damage
Every Bosch appliance undergoes precise checks according to strictly set standards of quality, performance and sustainability. All Bosch dishwashers have the AquaStop system and a lifetime guarantee against water damage, as well as a ten-year guarantee against rusting of the inner tub.
