The Brady M211 label printer is designed for industrial labelling of cables, wires, components and telecommunications distribution systems. This portable device weighs 0.54kg and uses monochrome thermal transfer technology with a 203DPI resolution. Its design is resistant to drops from 1.8 metres, crushing from weights of 110kg and impacts according to MIL-STD-810G military standards. The printer does not have a built-in keyboard or display, as all control is done via a mobile phone or tablet. The Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy wireless interface maintains a stable connection up to 20 metres away with a single paired device. Wireless connectivity and mobile printing app
The Express Labels mobile app is used for creating labels directly on your smartphone or tablet screen. The software includes printing guides for labelling circuit breakers, terminal blocks, patch panels, cable flags and pipes. Users can easily import data from existing spreadsheets and save created templates for future use. It also supports the generation of one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcodes, including QR codes and Data Matrix.

The printer's body is resistant to drops from 1.8 metres and can withstand a static crushing load of up to 110 kilograms. The device complies with MIL-STD-810G military standards for shock resistance. Thanks to its low weight of 0.54kg, workers can carry the device around the entire workplace, or hang it on a belt using the optional clip. The printer is powered by an integrated 1200mAh lithium-ion battery. On a single full charge, which takes approximately 4 hours, the device can print up to 300 industrial labels. Built-in LEDs on the device's body indicate the current battery status, Bluetooth wireless connection, and any error conditions. A mains adapter with plugs for European, British, and American sockets is used for powering and charging.
Supported materials and cartridges
The printer uses a drop-lock-print cartridge system for quick, one-handed replacement of consumables. The manufacturer offers over 90 compatible cartridges with ten different materials, including heat-shrink tubing, self-adhesive vinyl and nylon fabric. Integrated cutter with holding function
An integrated automatic cutter ensures precise separation of printed labels. This mechanism includes a label-capture function that holds the cut label inside the printer until the user removes it. This prevents finished labels from falling to the ground and getting dirty at the worksite.
