eNeMeN, or β-nicotinamide mononucleotide, is a safe by-product of vitamin B3 and is found naturally in all forms of life, including our bodies. eNeMeN occurs naturally in foods such as e.g. raw beef, cheeses, fruit, vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, avocado, tomatoes). Although eNeMeN is found in many foods, scientists have found that you would need to consume 100 kg of broccoli, 69 kg of avocados or 416 kg of beef to get 250 mg of eNeMeN from your diet. eNeMeN in laboratory purity of more than 99%, also in a stable form and without any additives and ballast substances. This is a very stable and pure form of eNeMeN. At higher temperatures, this eNeMeN degrades negligibly, as you can read in the temperature stress test in the next paragraph.
Our eNeMeN is pure, stable and indestructible even at high temperatures
- The stability of BrainMax eNeMeN at room temperature and 40 °C for six months did not decrease by more than 0.5%. It is a very stable and pure form of eNeMeN, whose stability is regularly tested. At temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius for half a year, a maximum of 0.5% of the substance degrades. This means that under room temperature conditions or extreme temperatures around 40 °C, eNeMeN is almost indestructible.
