One vegan capsule contains 220mg of FruiteX-B®, which contains approximately 5.5mg of elemental boron in a fully organic form, the form in which boron naturally occurs in fruits, vegetables and nuts. The complex is supplemented with 55mg of magnesium from highly absorbable magnesium citrate, which contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.
What is FruiteX-B® and what makes it special?
It is a complex in which a boron atom is bound by an ester bond between two fructose molecules and stabilised by calcium. This is exactly the form in which boron naturally occurs in plant tissues, where it is bound to cis-diol sugars. The richest natural sources of calcium fructoborate include dried plums, raisins, dried apricots, dates, figs, avocados, almonds and leafy greens. FruiteX-B® allows you to supplement this trace element in its natural form.
Magnesium for muscle and bone support
We have included magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate, a chelated bond of magnesium to citric acid, which is a well-tolerated and highly bioavailable form of this mineral.
