Processing of acerola
BrainMax BIO Acerola is processed by so-called lyophilisation. A process more commonly known as freeze-drying. It is a gentle method where the fruit is exposed to low pressure and rapidly frozen. The Acerola fruit then retains most of its nutritional properties, including a high amount of vitamin C. The method is excellent precisely for fruits that come from different corners of the world, ensuring they reach us in the highest possible quality.
