Catuaba is a tree native to the Amazon whose bark has been used as a stimulant. Catuaba contains alkaloids, tannins, oils, resin, phytosterols, cyclolignans, sesquiterpenes and also flavonoids, that help protect our cells from damage. The tincture is in a ratio of 1:5 and is packed in dark bottles, thus sufficiently protected from light. You can take the tincture on its own, but also add it to water or juice.
Catuaba
Catuaba is a tree from the Amazon, where it prefers plenty of moisture. Catuaba has been used in Brazilian traditional medicine for centuries. Catuaba bark is used, which contains alkaloids, tannins, oils, resin, phytosterols, cyclolignans, terpenes and also flavonoids.
Ingredients
Food alcohol, Erythroxylum catuaba, water.
Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day 2-3 ml, or as recommended by your doctor. 1 ml corresponds to a full squeeze of the dropper. Everyone reacts differently to caffeine, so we recommend starting with a smaller dose until you are sure how it affects you.
