Garlic is traditionally used for its positive effects on the body. It acts as an antioxidant, supports the body's natural defences, promotes normal functioning of the vascular system (regulates blood pressure), respiratory system, supports normal liver function, regulates blood sugar and cholesterol levels and helps with stress.The tincture is packed in dark bottles to protect it sufficiently from light. You can take the tincture on its own, but also add it to water or juice.
Maceration of herbs
Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine. Alcohol is used to "break down" the plant cell wall, allowing the release of biologically active compounds. The highest quality plants are selected for the tincture and after thorough cleansing they are slowly infused in 45% alcohol. Tinctures are much more concentrated than herbal decoctions alone, making their effects more noticeable in a short period of time. Moreover, thanks to the alcohol content, they have a long shelf life and can last for several years if stored properly. The tincture is packed in dark bottles to protect it sufficiently from light. You can take it on its own, but also add it to water or juice.

Garlic is valued for its high content of antioxidants, which help protect cells from oxidative damage. But the main active ingredient is allicin. A sulphur-containing compound that has antibacterial and antioxidant properties and is itself very unstable and therefore depends on the processing speed of the garlic. In addition to allicin, garlic is a rich source of vitamin C and B6. The presence of vitamin C and iron in garlic helps to naturally strengthen the immune system and gives the body sufficient strength to build resistance to various infections and pathogens.

Recommended dosage
