Psyllium is a powder from the seeds of Indian plantain. Like inulin, psyllium has the ability to nourish the probiotic bacteria in our gut. This helps to increase the number of these health-promoting bacteria and contributes to the health of the gastrointestinal tract.

Psyllium is a fibre that increases its volume in the stomach, forms a gel-like mass and ensures a feeling of satiety. It is suitable for people who suffer from constipation, diarrhea, heavy stomach and indigestion.

Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 teaspoons dissolved in lukewarm water or juice. When consuming psyllium, it is recommended to drink sufficient fluids throughout the day.

These difficulties should gradually subside.
