Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is one of the most prized mushrooms in traditional Chinese herbalism. Translated, it means "divine mushroom of immortality". It has been used for its effects for more than 2000 years. The main benefits of Reishi include the body's natural defenses, supporting circulatory system function and normal blood cholesterol levels. The 1:3 tincture is packed in dark bottles, which protects it sufficiently from light. You can take the tincture on its own, but also add it to water or juice.

Reishi mushroom contains terpenoids. The most important terpenoids include ganodermic acid and lucidenic acid. These bioactive substances make reishi one of the most effective mushrooms in Chinese herbalism.
Benefits of herbal tinctures
Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine. Alcohol is used to "break down" the plant's cell wall, allowing the release of biologically active compounds. The highest quality plants are selected for the tincture and after thorough cleansing they are slowly infused in 25% alcohol. Tinctures are much more concentrated than herbal decoctions alone, making their effects more noticeable in a shorter period of time. Moreover, thanks to the alcohol content, they have a long shelf life and can last for several years if stored properly. The tincture is packed in dark bottles to protect it sufficiently from light. You can take it on its own, but also add it to water or juice.
Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day 2-3 ml, or as recommended by your doctor. 1 ml corresponds to a full squeeze of the dropper.
