The Braun fryer has 20 automatic cooking programmes (frozen chips, potatoes, vegetables, chicken, fish, meat, cakes, reheating, etc.). The digital thermostat can be set between 30–220°C, and you can also set the time. You can easily select everything using the touch-sensitive LED control panel. It also includes an automatic shut-off function. The non-stick ceramic coating is PFAS-free. When you're finished cooking, you can simply remove the removable parts (container, divider, frying rack) and wash them in the dishwasher.
