Make Great Coffee Quickly and Easily

You are going to need a coffee maker and a filter. Place finely ground coffee in the filter. The recommended amount is 7g (15ml) of coffee per 100ml of water. Boil water and then let it rest for about 3 or 4 minutes. Once the water has cooled down a bit, slowly pour a small amount on the filter in a circular pattern. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. Wait for 15 seconds and then pour the rest of the water on the coffee with a spiral motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Keep in mind that the pouring speed affects how strong your coffee will be. The faster you pour, the stronger the coffee.
