Brotex TENCEL with Polyurethane Coating, 180 × 200 cm

The Brotex TENCEL mattress protector shields your mattress from liquids, dirt, and dust mites. The top layer, with a density of 100g/m², is made from the natural material TENCEL, which is breathable, effectively wicks away moisture, and has thermoregulating and cooling properties. The underside consists of a waterproof polyurethane membrane with a density of 25g/m², which prevents liquids from seeping through while still allowing air to circulate. Its antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties contribute to a hygienic sleeping environment. The protector attaches easily with elastic corner straps and is suitable for mattresses up to 25cm high.

Mattress protection

The core of the protector is a polyurethane (PU) membrane, which provides protection against liquids and dust mites. It effectively prevents liquids and dirt from penetrating the mattress, keeping it hygienically clean. It allows air to circulate and wicks moisture away from the body. The material is also completely silent and doesn't rustle when you move.

Natural TENCEL material

The top layer of the protector is made from 100% TENCEL fibres, which is the brand name for lyocell derived from wood pulp. This natural material is exceptionally soft and offers moisture-wicking properties, drawing it away from the body. Thanks to its naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic qualities, TENCEL is ideal for allergy sufferers and people with sensitive skin, as it limits the growth of bacteria and dust mites.

Maintenance and attachment

Handling the protector is simple. Elastic straps are sewn into the corners, allowing you to easily attach it to the mattress and ensure it stays in place while you sleep. A key advantage is that it is machine washable at 60°C, a temperature that reliably destroys dust mites and bacteria, thus guaranteeing the hygiene of your bed. The protector is certified according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, giving you peace of mind that it contains no harmful substances.
