The Browin vertical manual sausage stuffer is designed for homemade charcuterie. Its upright design saves worktop space and makes it easier to handle. The stuffer has a capacity for 5kg of meat mixture, which is ideal when preparing larger batches of sausages, frankfurters, kabanos or salamis. The body of the stuffer is made of stainless steel and the piston is designed to resist bending. The package includes six filling funnels of various diameters, allowing you to prepare a wide range of cured meats.

Durable construction and stability during use

The stuffer has a cylinder and overall construction made of stainless steel. This material is easy to keep clean and is durable. The specially designed piston is equipped with a venting system that pushes out air and prevents bubbles from forming in the casing. This ensures the meat mixture inside is compact. For maximum stability during filling, there are two clamps for secure attachment to a worktop or table, complemented by a non-slip base.

With the stuffer, you can prepare a wide range of homemade specialities, from thin frankfurters to thick salamis. In the package you will find six plastic filling funnels with different diameters: 14, 18, 21, 25, 29 and 35mm. These include a special narrow funnel which is particularly suitable for making kabanos. Changing the funnels is quick and easy, so you can smoothly switch between preparing different types of meat products according to your preferences and recipes.
