For a blend, we always strive for a compromise for optimal roasting. The master class is split roasting, in which each individual component is optimally roasted. After roasting, the finest gourmet coffees from different continents are combined to create an outstanding experience.

- Roasting method: The coffee uses the "split roast" method, which means that the individual components of the blend are roasted separately so that each bean reaches its optimal roast, and then they are mixed.
- Roasting: The coffee is processed using a slow drum roasting method (gas-powered drum roaster), which is carried out gently and precisely up to a certain point to preserve the aroma.
