Two Methods for a Professional Clean
You can use the Cafetto EC2 cleaner in two ways. The first method is backflushing using a blind filter, where the powder is dissolved in the portafilter and cleans the group head through short cycles. The second option is to clean the portafilters and filters by soaking them in a solution of hot water and the powder for 10 minutes. Thanks to its high efficiency, only half a teaspoon is needed for one cleaning cycle. After use, simply rinse the parts thoroughly with clean water.
