The full-format 26.2MP Dual Pixel CMOS AF sensor uses all pixels for image processing and autofocusing, ensuring exceptional sharpness across the entire frame. The result is a perfect balance of sharp detail and reliable performance even in low light.

The Canon EOS RP is equipped with a state-of-the-art DIGIC 8 image processor that processes images faster and more accurately than ever before. Digital Lens Optimizer (DLO) eliminates optical defects caused by the camera's low-pass filter, so the resulting image is as close to reality as possible.
Fast autofocus, 5-axis image stabilization
The Dual Pixel CMOS AF sensor offers extra-fast focusing in just 0.05 seconds. Thanks to advanced technologies, the Canon EOS RP can easily focus in low-light conditions, as well as providing precise focusing of fast-moving subjects or eye detection for perfect portraits. The Canon EOS RP also features time-lapse, interval shooting and HDR recording with high dynamic contrast. For maximum control over the result, the camera is equipped with headphone and microphone jacks.
Flexible connectivity and wide compatibility
The Canon EOS RP supports WiFi and Bluetooth wireless technologies, allowing you to connect the camera to your smart mobile device for convenient uploading of images directly to your phone.
