The Canon imagePROGRAF TC-21 plotter with the SD-24 stand is a 24” large-format printer for printing from rolls and cut sheets. The device works with 4-colour Canon pigment ink and offers a printing resolution of up to 2400 × 1200 DPI. The printer supports A1, A2, A3, A3+ and A4 formats, connection via USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi, and printing from mobile devices using Apple AirPrint and Mopria. The printer stand and SD-24 basket are included in the assembly.

Large-Format Printing with Pigment Ink
The Canon imagePROGRAF TC-21 uses an integrated four-colour printing system with BK, C, M, and Y pigment inks. The print head contains a total of 4,352 nozzles, of which 1,280 nozzles are for black ink and 1,024 nozzles for each of the C, M, and Y colours. Line accuracy is ±0.1% or less, provided the required settings, environmental conditions, and media used are met. The initial ink supply is 280ml, divided into four 70ml tanks.

Printing from Rolls and Cut Sheets
Roll paper is loaded from the front and exits from the front. Cut sheets are fed by the automatic sheet feeder, face up, from the front. The printer supports one roll with a maximum diameter of 110mm and a core inner diameter of 2”. The maximum printable length is 4m for roll paper and 1,200mm for cut sheets. Borderless roll printing is available for A4, A3, A2, A1, B4, B3, B2, 17”, 18”, and 24” widths.


Connectivity, Operation of the Canon ImagePROGRAF TC-21, and SD-24 Assembly
The standard interface includes a high-speed USB Type-B port, Ethernet 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX, and IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless LAN. Supported protocols for sending jobs include Apple AirPrint, Mopria, and Chrome OS. Standard memory is 1GB, and a hard drive is not available. Power consumption is approximately 28W during operation, approximately 2.3W in sleep mode, and approximately 0.07W when switched off. The main unit assembly with the SD-24 stand and basket measures 968 × 720 × 874mm with the basket closed and 968 × 868 × 1,024mm with the basket open.
