Use

Body and facial care:
Apply as required to clean skin or add a few drops to a warm bath.

Hair care:
Pour some shampoo on your palm as usual and add about 3 drops of oil, wash your hair, and rinse thoroughly.
Massage the oil directly into your hair (acute hair loss), let it work overnight and wash your hair in the morning;  alternatively, leave the oil for 15 minutes and then wash your hair with shampoo.
